Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies, An Amazing New 3D Experience

Have you been missing your fill of Phoenix Wright? Well I certainly have! Available today for download or purchase off the Nintendo E-Shop is Phoenix's latest romp that's shaking the courtrooms! Not only is he back, but he's got new friends with him as well! Anthena Cykes joins you as your new assistant and uses her special ability to sense emotional fluctuations within a witness' voice to find out important testimony. There's also a slew of new faces that need your help, as well as a convict prosecutor?! There's tons of exciting updates including the gorgeous new art all in 3D (including cutscenes!). Any fan who enjoyed previous iterations has to check this out.

For those who are happy to see Phoenix return to the courtroom, you'll also notice Apollo Justice is back. Once again these two are intertwined but not as mysterious mentor to justice apprentice, but rather as equals who fight for justice together. And for those who are wondering where the Fey's are at, Pearl Fey returns as a young woman! And of course Edgey (Miles Edgeworth) has to return as well, I think the fans would be livid otherwise!

Dual Destinies returns to the gameplay that we all loved in the titles on the Nintendo DS. Those who remember them will feel right at home with this new title, as all the core basics remain with some shiny new 3D coatings. This game is a visual and written masterpiece as you'll be following along just as invested in defending your clients as you have always been in every title up to date. And if you're new to the series, although you've missed a lot of story, the 3DS is a great place to jump in. It will introduce you to the core mechanics, and you can always give the demo a whirl before putting any hard money down (albeit a very short demo). If you can't get enough of Phoenix, many titles have been bridged over to other handheld devices such as the Iphone, Android etc. So if you're finding it difficult to pick up the older titles in the flesh, the 3 original titles (excluding Apollo Justice and the Miles Edgeworth Side-Series) are bundled together for a very reasonable $16.99. How could you go wrong?

So whether you're an old fan, or have a curiosity for the courtroom, try out Ace Attorney Phoenix Wright: Dual Destinies on the 3DS. Support the game and *perhaps* Capcom will consider making their future iterations into physical copies once again. Due to their lack of sales outside of Japan they made the business decision to keep the title as digital download only in North America and Europe, but this decision does not need to impact the future of Capcom altogether! So I'm implore those with a curiosity to purchase this game, you won't be disappointed, and you'll be impacting the future of Phoenix Wright!
